Good hotel, everything you need.
Clean rooms, Big balcony, the building itself is well looked after and it was clean. Staff at the front desk very welcoming and helpful. Big C shop right outside, moped taxi rank right outside. Cold drinks available in the lobby. Lots of sun loungers out to use around the rooftop pool. Gym upstairs
Terrible drain smell that you find in the cities Thailand was lurking outside the hotel. Not the hotels fault. But it was noticeable when on the balcony.. Suppose that's pattaya for you! Old English men sunbathing at the rooftop pool, who i assume llive there as it is a hotel and a residency.. they sit there and stare at you when you visit the pool area as if you're not welcome to use it!! Although it's part of the hotel. Didn't create a very nice vibe.

Memorable stay
Room upgrade on arrival which was lovely. Room was spacious, pool was being renovated at the time of stay but was able to be assessed. We were able to take the hotel songtheaw to various drop of points throughout our weeks stay. Staff were always on hand and very helpful, Room was kept clean.
